By registering or using Sigmora Scanner ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.

• Eligibility: You must be 18+ and legally allowed to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
• One-time free trial: Each verified account receives a single 1-hour free trial with full access to trial-enabled features. Trial length, start and expiry are recorded server-side and cannot be reset by clearing cookies, changing browser time or creating multiple accounts.
• Access & subscription: After the trial expires, continued use requires a valid lifetime access unlock. Access may be granted, denied, suspended or revoked for abuse, fraud, chargebacks or violation of these terms.
• Acceptable use: Do not scrape, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or automate the Service beyond normal browser use. Do not use the Service to build a competing product.
• No warranty: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available operation.
• Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigmora Scanner and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or trading losses arising from your use of the Service.
• Changes: These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

We collect only what we need to run the Service and to comply with law.

• Account data: Name, email, WhatsApp/mobile number, agreement acceptance timestamps, trial start/end timestamps and subscription status. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
• Usage & security signals: IP address, browser user-agent, session tokens, and audit events (sign-in, trial activation, payment attempts, code redemption). These are used to secure your account, detect fraud and limit trial abuse.
• Payment records: Payment screenshots you upload for verification are stored and reviewed only for payment confirmation.
• Cookies & storage: We use secure cookies and browser storage for authentication and session continuity.
• Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We use secure infrastructure providers (database, auth, edge hosting) that process data on our behalf under standard confidentiality obligations.
• Communications: You may receive service emails, WhatsApp updates and product notices. Promotional/marketing messages are only sent if you separately opted-in.
• Your rights: You may request data export or account deletion by contacting support.

The Sigmora Scanner lifetime access is a one-time digital purchase that delivers immediate access. Because the product is fully digital and unlocked at the moment of activation, purchases are final and non-refundable once your access code is issued.

• If your payment was charged but no access code was delivered within 24 hours, contact support with your transaction ID for a manual review or refund.
• Duplicate or accidental payments are refunded to the original UPI account after verification.
• Chargebacks or forced reversals will result in immediate access revocation.
